Client/Asset context: Newly opened luxury landmark in West Cairo by Travco Group; positioned near the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Giza Pyramids.
What we delivered: Design, supply, and commissioning of an addressable fire detection system meeting UL/EN54 standards, with centralized monitoring and integration hand-off points for future BMS/VMS.
Outcome: Life-safety coverage across guestrooms, back-of-house, and public areas; improved response times and compliance documentation for hotel operations.
At Giza Palace Hotel in Cairo, Comatrol supplied and installed a comprehensive fire alarm system comprising over 5,000 fire alarm points, ensuring reliable protection and seamless integration across the entire facility.
